Often you will find people in this world who are eager to put the blame of their failure on others. Often are these people wrong in doing so. The language of victimization is the true victimizer. A great crippler of spirits it is.
No one governs your destiny but you. The ultimate quality of your life is determined by the choice that you make: to play the victim or the victor.
By blaming others for our circumstances we subscribe to the philosophy that we are mere organisms acted upon by social and economic forces than an agent with a free will. It is like denying the very quality that separates us from animals. No one succeeded by blaming his parents, his race, his bad luck or quirks of fate. Everyone has it within us to stand up, take responsibility for our life and say, “This I am today; that I will be tomorrow. “

There are two kind of pains in life. The pain of hard work and the pain of regret. The pain of hard work is always more desirable than the pain of regret. It is never easy to transform ourselves. The best thing to do is often the toughest thing to do. We have to make tremendous effort on our side to become the person that we ought to be. Pebbles on the road do not have the value of diamonds because it takes much effort to mine and shape diamonds. The real value of diamonds comes only from the fact that they are rarer than the pebbles on road because they have undergone so much effort to become what they are. So better take the pain to become diamonds than to take the hard fact of being labeled as a pebble by the world.

What you feel and what you think is not the same. You may FEEL that what a person is saying is wrong but you may THINK that if you tell him what you FEEL, you may hurt his feelings. Feelings are the most unaltered form of human expression while thinking is altered by the rules that culture has imposed on us. So we clot our feeling with defensiveness and convert it into thinking and believe that what we think is what we feel. But we need to remember that even our own self will not appreciate us if we do not express our point of view. So its better if we communicate our feelings and views to the other person because only then can they be resolved and only then can we address issues and can come closer to ourselves.
